Welcome to Pain-Free Musician, where our goal is to help prevent and treat the Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) that can sideline your music playing ability and end your career. 

Perhaps you're a guitarist or violinist who is experiencing the pains of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  Maybe you're a drummer who has strained his/her back while trying to do his/her best impression of Animal from "The Muppet Show."  You could be an audio engineer who is suffering wrist and forearm pain after spending too many hours at the mixing board and computer. What We Do

Pain-Free Musician is an authorized representative and distributor of the Julstro™  System, a self-massage system and toolkit developed by Julie Donnelly, LMT.

The Julstro™ Self -Treatment Kit is a therapy system designed to relieve hand/wrist pain and numbness and provide carpal tunnel treatment.

In addition to making the Julstro™ Self -Treatment Kit more widely known, Pain-Free Musician also offers phone consultations, as well as seminars and clinics to music schools, conventions and companies.  We will come to you and teach you how to prevent and treat career ending Repetitive Strain Injuries.

What's New?

02-15-09 - Pain-Free Musician has moved to Greensboro, NC!!  We're working hard on getting our lecture and clinic material ready for the summer band camps and the fall semester.  Look for Jim O'Gara at Summer NAMM 2009 in Nashville, TN.
